Return and Exchange Policy

At Mondesin , your satisfaction is our top priority. We conduct our return and exchange processes for the products you have purchased transparently and in accordance with Turkish legal regulations.

1. Right of Withdrawal (Return within 14 Days)

According to the Regulation on Distance Contracts, you can return the products you purchased within 14 days of the date of delivery without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

  • The returned product must be in its original, unopened, and undamaged condition, and must remain in a resalable condition .

  • Assembled furniture or custom-made/modified products (custom dimensions, special fabrics, etc.) are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

2. How does the return process work?

  1. Creating a Return Request: To return a product, you can contact us via [Customer Service Number/Email] to submit your return request.

  2. Shipping: You can send the product to us free of charge (or under specified conditions) using the contracted shipping code we will provide. For shipments made with non-contracted shipping companies, the shipping cost will be borne by the sender.

  3. Inspection and Approval: Once the product reaches us, it is inspected by our expert teams and its compliance with the return conditions is checked.

3. Refunds

The amount for the product whose return has been approved will be refunded to you via the method you used for payment (credit card, EFT/wire transfer) within the legal period of 10 business days (this may vary depending on your bank). For installment purchases, refunds may be reflected in installments due to bank procedures.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If the package shows visible damage (crushing, wetting, tearing) upon delivery, please have the delivery person fill out a "Damage Report" . In the event of a manufacturing defect, all exchange and return costs will be covered by Mondesin.

5. Products Excluded from Returns

  • Products damaged due to user error.

  • Due to hygiene regulations, opened textile products (pillows, duvets, etc. - if for sale).

  • Custom-designed products that are modified according to the customer's request.

Note: When returning items, please remember to include all copies of your invoice (or delivery note) with your product.
